Call Center Representative (IN OFFICE)
This position requires telephone and email interaction with patients who have had 911 Emergency Transports and Non Emergent Ambulance Transports
Assist Patients and Insurance Companies with Ambulance Bills
Contact Patients to obtain Insurance Information
Must have at least 1 year of Call Center experience to be considered.
Respond to Patient/Insurance Emails regarding patient accounts
Process patient payments via Credit Card and ECheck Portal
Skip Tracing Returned Mail
The candidate should have excellent customer service and organizational skills
Must have the ability to work as a team.
This position is on site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
