Location : DHA Block XX near packages, Lahore (Onsite)

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Days: Monday to Friday — Saturdays and Sundays off (unlike most call centers in Pakistan)

Salary: Competitive + performance incentives

About the Role

We're building a world-class healthcare call center in Lahore that supports patients and providers across the United States. You'll help real people navigate their healthcare — scheduling appointments, following up on care, and answering questions — and every call matters.

You don't need years of experience to apply. If you speak clear English, care about people, and want to build a serious career, we'll train you on everything else.


What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S. patients
  • Help with scheduling, follow-ups, and general support
  • Accurately document every interaction in our systems
  • Follow patient privacy and HIPAA standards (full training provided)
  • Work with your team to keep things running during busy shifts


What We're Looking For

  • Clear, fluent English — spoken and written
  • A calm, friendly, patient manner — especially under pressure
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours (8 PM – 5 AM)
  • Computer literate and a fast learner
  • Reliable — you show up on time, ready to work




  • Nice to have (but not required) : Previous call center, healthcare, or U.S. customer service experience. If you have it, great. If not, we'll teach you.

    The Script:

    "Hi, this is [Your Name] calling from the Oncology Office to help get you scheduled and complete your intake; I just need to ask you a few quick questions to gather your medical information. Can you please confirm your diagnosis or reason for referral, your Primary Care Physician, and who referred you to us? I also need to ask if you’ve previously seen an oncologist or hematologist, if you’re seeing any other doctors, and whether you’ve had any recent hospitalizations, imaging, procedures, or lab work. Lastly, I’ll confirm your insurance and contact information and ask for your consent to receive automated text messages regarding your appointments.
