Call Center Representative

We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about company services.
  • Maintain customer records and update data in the system.
  • Follow up with customers when required.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain call logs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Previous call center experience will be preferred.
  • Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s qualification.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
