We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about company services.
- Maintain customer records and update data in the system.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain call logs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Previous call center experience will be preferred.
- Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s qualification.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
