Job Title: Call Center Representative


Job Summary:

Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Make outbound calls when required
  • Record customer interactions and update system information accurately
  • Follow company procedures and service standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary
  • Requirements:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Previous experience in call center or customer service is an advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
