💡 What We’re Looking For

Active listening to hear the caller's problem

Ability to ask open-ended probing questions to gather information from the callers

Flexibility to work any roster as set by our client

Experience or knowledge in IoT, remote management, and software backend

Experience in handling voice support

Experience in using and managing audio hardware like speakers, PA systems and amplifiers is a plus

Experienced with PC parts and/or able to build a PC

Being able to read scripts and codes would be great plus
-
Meticulous in maintenance, oversight and keeping records

Polite and professional responses

Up to date with current music trends and music streaming platforms
💻Internet and Device Requirements:

Macbook Air M1 or higher

Intel i5 Gen 10 or higher

AMD Ryzen 5 gen 6 with H-Series or higher

Using dual monitor is a plus

Good audio peripherals (minimal good headset)
