Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & Arabic) to join our growing aesthetic and wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with patients while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding treatments, services, pricing, and appointments.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and CRM updates.
- Follow up with leads and existing patients to maximize patient retention.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and reception staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while understanding each patient's needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare, aesthetic, wellness, hospitality, or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, and healthcare treatments is highly desirable.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer and CRM skills.
