Duties

• Conduct data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented in the system
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services during calls
• Practice excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients

Skills

• Exceptional customer support and client service skills
