Call Center Representative

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) role based in Lahore.

The CSR will primarily communicate in English , and serve as the first point of contact for customers. The role involves handling inbound queries, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming / outgoing customer calls and respond to queries in English

Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Coordinate internally when required to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication skills in English

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Call Center CSR: 1 year (Required)
