This is a Full-Time position offering a competitive salary of £22,500 - £30,500 per annum.

Responsibilities
• Professionally handle all inbound and outbound client communications, including calls and emails.
• Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about our services.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for our advisory teams, managing calendars effectively.
• Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.
• Meticulously maintain and update client records within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
• Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, or escalate complex problems to the appropriate senior team member.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a call centre, client services, or customer-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Experience within a professional services or B2B environment is desirable but not essential.
