What You’ll Do as a Call Center Representative

• Make outbound calls to homeowners from our provided warm call lists
• Engage in friendly, confident conversations to schedule free in-home estimates for home improvement projects (windows, doors, siding, bathrooms)
• Use effective scripts to handle common objections, build rapport, and secure appointments
• Maintain upbeat, positive energy while talking on the phone
• Hit straightforward performance goals (e.g., appointments set per day) to unlock bonus potential
• Track calls and appointments in our simple system (full training provided)
• Contribute to lead generation and help grow our home improvement business

• Outgoing, confident communicators with strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and talking on the phone for extended periods

• Basic computer skills (we train on everything else)
