Call Center Representative / Admin Assistant

As we expand, we are looking for a confident, disciplined, and results-driven Call Center Representative / Admin Assistant who excels at communication, follow-ups, and appointment confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers to confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments for car inspections and purchases
  • Follow up with leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other online platforms
  • Accurately update and manage customer information in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with inspection and purchasing teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
  • Track daily call activity, appointments, and performance metrics
  • Support administrative tasks related to sales and scheduling

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role

(automotive or sales experience is a strong advantage)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow-up, persuasion, and appointment-closing abilities
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and CRM data-entry skills
  • Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
