Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting product or service issues.
- Call Management: Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
- Sales/Upselling: Identifying opportunities to up-sell products or services and managing renewals.
- Documentation: Logging call details and following up on pending issues.
- Escalation: Routing complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
