Call Center Representative Arabic

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting product or service issues.
  • Call Management: Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Data Management: Updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
  • Sales/Upselling: Identifying opportunities to up-sell products or services and managing renewals.
  • Documentation: Logging call details and following up on pending issues.
  • Escalation: Routing complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
