Our team will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and families, coordinate care, answer inquiries, and deliver a compassionate and professional customer experience.

We are looking for:

• Bilingual candidates (Preferred) Spanish and English only
• Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
• Previous customer service experience, (call center experience is a plus)
• Entry-level computer skills, ability to multitask and navigate computer system efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Team player
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
