Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and license type.
- Present tailored business setup solutions and close deals efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profit within company guidelines.
- Maintain and update lead information and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and conversion targets.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sales handover.
- Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends.
- Upsell additional services such as visas, offices, and bank account assistance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of proven sales experience in business setup, company formation, or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in high-pressure sales environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
