Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the right jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and license type.
  • Present tailored business setup solutions and close deals efficiently.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profit within company guidelines.
  • Maintain and update lead information and sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and conversion targets.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sales handover.
  • Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends.
  • Upsell additional services such as visas, offices, and bank account assistance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in business setup, company formation, or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in high-pressure sales environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
