Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to leads and existing customers.
  • Follow scripts to introduce services and persuade customers to generate leads.
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Meet daily/monthly targets for call volume, quality, and conversion rates.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 6 months of Call Center (US-based) Experience is required for Experienced.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills (verbal) Required for Fresh.
  • Age Limit: Under 35

Salary Package:

  • Fixed Basic 50k for eperienced
  • Fixed Basic 35k for fresh
  • Attendance Allowance 10k
  • Per Lead Incentives
  • Monthly Bonuses
