Call Center Representative (Debt Relief Campaign)

Job Description:
We are hiring Call Center Representatives for a Debt Relief campaign. You will handle calls with US based clients and guide them about our services. Training will be provided, so both fresh and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls
• Communicate with US clients in a clear and professional way
• Explain debt relief services and generate leads
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and weekly targets

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Call center experience preferred
• Willing to work in US time zone
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Contract Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year commitment required

Training:

• Full training will be provided before starting the campaign
