Call Center Representative - Dental/Telesales

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative with a minimum of 4 years of experience in dental services or telesales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Promote dental services, products, or related offerings to prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Provide information, guidance, and support to clients regarding services or products.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to improve call strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in dental, healthcare call centers, or general telesales.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in appointment scheduling for dental clinics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
