Job Title: Call Center Representative (DME Team) – Doctor Chaser

Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up with U.S. doctor offices to obtain prescriptions, CMNs, and medical records for DME orders.
• Make outbound calls and send faxes/emails to healthcare providers for document completion.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical documentation as per DME compliance standards.
• Maintain follow-up logs and update internal systems regularly.
• Build professional relationships with doctor offices and meet productivity targets.
• Coordinate closely with internal DME processing and billing teams.

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Doctor Chaser in a DME call center (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong knowledge of DME documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work independently and handle follow-ups efficiently.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
