- Handle inbound & outbound calls for UK Energy customers
- Assist customers with energy plans, billing, and account queries
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer experience
- Meet daily call targets and quality standards
- Maintain proper call documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
- Good English communication skills (UK accent preferred)
- Call center experience in UK Energy campaign is a plus
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
- UK Shift (Evening / Night)
- 6 days a week (1 day off)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
