Call Center Representative / International Sales Agent

NextoraX Solutions is expanding its international operations! We are seeking energetic, confident, and result-oriented Calling Agents (Tele-Sales & Customer Support) to join our high-performing evning & night shift team.

In this role, you will be communicating directly with international clients (US/UK/Canada markets) to pitch services, generate leads, and close deals over the phone. If you have excellent verbal English and love a fast-paced, high-reward environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make outbound B2B/B2C sales calls or handle inbound customer inquiries following the company-provided campaign script.
• Lead Generation & Pitching: Effectively introduce our digital products/services, identify customer needs, and overcome objections to qualify leads.
• Deal Closure: Drive sales conversions over the phone and accurately process client payments or transfers.
• CRM Logging: Maintain a precise record of all call outcomes, client feedback, and lead statuses in the central CRM database.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent Verbal English: Must possess exceptional spoken English skills with clear pronunciation, proper tone, and strong listening skills.
• Sales Aptitude: A persuasive personality with the ability to handle rejection and confidently counter client objections.
• Shift Availability: Complete flexibility to work permanent evening or night shifts to align with Western business hours.
• Experience: Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in a call center (DME, Solar, Final Expense, Telecom, or Digital Agency campaigns) is highly preferred. Motivated freshers with top-tier English communication are also encouraged to apply.
• Punctuality: Strong adherence to shift timings and attendance policies.
