Job Overview:

We are looking for a Male Call Center Executive to join our CSR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls related to CSR projects, coordinating with beneficiaries, partners, and other stakeholders, and maintaining detailed communication records. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to engage with beneficiaries, partners, and organizations under CSR initiatives.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about ongoing CSR programs.
  • Record and maintain all communication logs and feedback in the company database.
  • Assist the CSR team in organizing community campaigns, surveys, and awareness drives.
  • Support in preparing daily/weekly reports on call outcomes and CSR engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Communications, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Fluent in [insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Urdu, etc.].
  • A positive attitude and an interest in community and social work.

Working Hours:
