Call Center Representative Medical Wellness - Guest Experience Agent

At our luxury longevity clinic located in one of the most Luxury hotels in UAE, we combine the best of medical expertise, wellness, and spa therapies to create personalized journeys for our guests. We are looking for a Call Center Agent- Guest Experience Agent who will be the warm and professional face of our clinic, guiding guests through every step of their stay.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and discretion, setting the tone for a luxury experience.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and scheduling for medical consultations, therapies, and spa treatments.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and empathy, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries, providing accurate information on medical consultations, therapies, and spa treatments.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations for consultations and treatments, ensuring optimal scheduling and availability.
• Coordinate closely with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness practitioners to align appointments and manage daily schedules.
• Proactively follow up with guests before and after appointments to confirm details and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Address guest requests and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, guest profiles, and communication logs while strictly adhering to confidentiality and data-privacy standards.

• Experience in luxury hospitality, medical wellness, or spa environments.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and ability to inspire trust.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
