Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Call Center Representatives to join a fast-paced team in the East Memphis area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working in a structured environment, and being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or accounts
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Document all interactions in the system
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude

Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
