Call Center Representative – Morning Shift

Company Overview:
We are a growing company specializing in industrial products and parts, serving a wide range of domestic clients across Pakistan’s industrial sector. We are currently seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our Call Center team in Korangi.

Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to industrial clients, introducing our products, and assisting the sales team in generating leads and setting up product demos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to domestic industrial clients across Pakistan
• Introduce and explain our range of industrial products and parts
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for client follow-ups and demo arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus)
• Previous call center or telemarketing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)
• Must be punctual, self-driven, and customer-focused
• Residents of Korangi or nearby areas are preferred

Shift Morning Shift (Full-Time)
Location: Korangi, Karachi
