Call Center Representative, Service Department

Overview:

HD Water NJ is a water treatment and air purification company located in Fairfield. We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our Service team. Though work-from-home is occasionally possible once your 60 day training period is complete, this is primarily an in-office position.

Duties:

- Schedule service and maintenance jobs for our service department

- Enter service-related information into electronic customer file system (e.g., logging details of your calls)

- Assess clients’ service problems over the phone, provide basic diagnostic and trouble shooting solutions, and assign a service technician to visit the home if needed

-Inform our clients about new products

Previous call center experience is preferred, but not necessary - we provide paid training to help you understand our products and services. All you need is a positive attitude, a friendly voice, and a willingness to learn! Give us a call today!
