Call Center Representative- Tagalog speaker (Females-Only)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Agent with mandatory sales experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
• Promote and sell company products/services to potential customers
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up with leads and ensure conversion

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in sales (preferably call centre/telesales)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Flexible and adaptable to shift timings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
