Job Description

We are hiring a friendly and dependable Call Center Representative / Dispatcher with a bubbly, positive personality to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This position focuses on answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching technicians while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls in a professional, friendly, and upbeat manner
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians using Housecall Pro
  • Accurately enter and update customer and job information
  • Confirm appointments and clearly communicate service details
  • Manage daily schedules to support efficient technician routing
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience (required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive, bubbly phone presence
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or scheduling software
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dispatch experience
  • Experience with Housecall Pro or similar CRM
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Remote initially (may transition to in-office in the future)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
