The Opportunity

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our expanding outbound sales team. As the first point of contact for our agency, you will play a crucial role in generating new business by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing our impactful digital marketing services. This is an excellent entry-point for individuals seeking to build a career in international sales and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively conduct outbound calls to businesses in the US and UK markets to generate new sales leads.
• Clearly and professionally communicate the value of our digital marketing services, customizing your approach to address specific client challenges.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Accurately record all customer interactions, details, and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Nurture prospect relationships through strategic follow-up communications to advance leads through the sales cycle.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual targets for call volume, qualified leads, and appointments set.
• Maintain a positive and client-focused attitude in all interactions, upholding the company’s professional standards.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of Matric / O-Levels. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal English communication skills, with a clear, professional, and easily understandable telephone manner.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, PPC) is a significant plus.
• A results-driven mindset with the resilience to thrive in a target-oriented atmosphere.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• We strongly encourage fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and a drive to succeed to apply.

• Shift Timings (Choose One):
• UK Market Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• US Market Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
