Experienced agents or candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly master and recall scripts for our services during calls.
• Foster enduring customer relationships by exceeding expectations in customer engagement.
• Proactively generate sales leads and adeptly manage the sales pipeline.
• Discern customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the Call Center Industry is highly advantageous.
• We also welcome fresh candidates with strong English speaking and listening skills.
• Proficiency in phone and verbal communication, complemented by active listening.
• Exceptional English communication skills and a talent for interpersonal interactions.
• Demonstrated competitiveness and self-assuredness.
• Self-motivated with a relentless commitment to achieving results.

Part time: 06:00 pm- 01:00 am

Full time: 06:00 pm- 03:00 am

In Ramadan shift starts at 7:30 pm

Working Days: Monday-Friday
