Call Center Sales Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a telesales team focused on promoting the hotel’s loyalty membership programme.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for sales agents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a telesales or direct sales leadership role (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of loyalty or membership programs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and produce actionable reports.
  • Based in the UAE.
