Call Center Sales Manager (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)

FRG, LLC (dba Rocketship Financial) is a fast-growing financial services company committed to helping others struggling financially. We are looking for a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Sales Manager, with a passion towards helping consumers through loan pre-qualification processes, financial health education, and other financial solutions! Sales Managers support Company growth, providing strategic insight and leadership to increase efficiency within a sales environment. This role will manage a team of Sales Representatives, reporting directly to a Company President.

The Company culture is one of support & growth and we are committed to the success of each employee. Sales Managers are not only leaders, but teachers and mentors. In addition to daily managerial duties, this role will require ongoing auditing, coaching, mentorship and motivation of Sales Representatives. Sales Managers will also assist in acclimating new hires to the sales environment, including in a remote setting, as required, and will be responsible for their success.

  • You will be expected to work from our office in Irvine, CA.
  • Normal business work hours are Monday-Friday, between 6AM-7PM, and Saturday-Sunday between 6AM-3PM daily.
  • Your work schedule will be a minimum 8 hours per day, with 5 work days potentially rotating bi-weekly, and including weekend days as needed.

Sales Managers will evaluate and enforce daily:

  • Performance Expectations
  • Behavioral Expectations
  • Compliance Expectations
  • Lead Management
  • Attendance

Sales Managers will also partake in activities such as, but not limited to:

  • Team Huddles
  • Live Call Monitoring
  • Call Reviews
  • Escalations
  • Ongoing Training & Performance Management

Required Experience / Qualities:

  • Experience Maximizing Sales Production (Quotas, Spiffs)

  • Accountability Management: Hiring, Firing, Coaching, Training, Attendance Tracking
  • BONUS: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce.

Compensation Details:

  • Base Salary, with Performance Bonuses
  • On-target Earnings Range from $115K-200K
