Call Center Sales Operator

The Role
If you are in Dubai, speak confident English and have experience in telephone sales, we are looking for you! What we offer: – Transparent motivation system: base salary + KPI-based bonuses – Salary level discussed individually during interview – Work with clients based in Dubai – Warm leads only, no cold calling – Work schedule: office-based 5/2, from 9am to 7pm – Work visa sponsorship Responsibilities: – The main task: selling interior design and renovation services in Dubai to inbound (warm) leads – Processing leads, qualifying inquiries, and scheduling meetings with clients

Requirements
– Candidate must be currently located in Dubai – Personal computer/laptop and headset – Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a call center (mandatory) – Confident spoken and written English – Experience in the renovation or construction industry is a strong advantage
