As a Call Center Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with inbound and scheduled clients, helping them understand their coverage options and guiding them through the process. You’ll receive hands-on training and daily mentorship designed to help you succeed quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with clients to understand their health and life coverage needs
• Present and explain insurance options clearly over the phone
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain and follow up with client accounts
