Call Center Sales Representative – Health Tourism

As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our international call center team.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential international patients.
• Present clinic services effectively, providing detailed treatment and travel information.
• Guide patients throughout the consultation and booking process with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and maintain long-term patient relationships.
• Record and update all patient interactions using CRM systems accurately.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or health tourism.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Russian, or Arabic are a strong advantage).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Confident phone manner and ability to build trust with international patients.
• Experience using CRM or call center management tools.
