JOB TITLE: Call Center Scheduler

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Schedule phone and office depositions
• Register all new patients
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years experience scheduling appointments and/or surgeries
• Experience with insurance
