About the Role
Bali 4 is growing its ACA campaign and hiring motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Call Center Self Verifier. If you have 6 to 12 months of call center experience and want to develop your career in a fast-paced, professional environment, this is a great opportunity to step up. You’ll be responsible for connecting with customers, verifying information, and ensuring a smooth and compliant interaction on every call.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to ACA customers to verify and update required details.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while understanding customer needs.
• Maintain a customer-first attitude throughout each interaction.
• Enter accurate information into the system and follow call flow guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of call center experience (ACA experience is a strong plus).
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Good listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry capability.
• Must be 18+ and comfortable working night shifts.
