Duties

  • Supervise daily call center operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to meet and exceed performance targets in customer service, sales, and issue resolution
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Coordinate shift schedules, manage attendance, and address staffing needs promptly
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide coaching, and promote continuous improvement
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and negotiation skills to ensure positive outcomes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supervising or managing a call center or customer service team with a focus on leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer bases
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to organize workflows efficiently
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret performance data and implement strategic improvements
  • Experience in sales techniques and customer negotiation to enhance service quality and revenue opportunities
  • Familiarity with call center technologies and management tools
  • Previous supervising experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
