Call Center Specialist

We are hiring experienced and highly motivated Appointment Setters / Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing international team.

This is a remote opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, outbound calling experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

Schedule appointments and maintain follow-ups

Send daily outreach messages and connection requests

Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity tracking

Follow provided scripts and sales processes

Meet daily and weekly KPIs

Work closely with recruiters and account managers

Requirements

Previous experience in:

Appointment setting

Cold calling

Lead generation

Sales or call center operations

Excellent English communication skills

Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Stable internet connection and quiet work environment

Experience using CRM tools is an advantage

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Compensation Structure

Competitive commission structure

$50 commission per qualified credit/submission

Base pay becomes active after successful submissions

Additional contract options available for candidates who do not meet initial KPI requirements

Performance Expectations

High outbound activity daily

20 dials per hour during calling shifts

Daily outreach and engagement tracking

Consistent follow-up and lead management
