Job Overview
We are hiring
fluent/native Arabic-speaking
Call Center Agents to join our team in Lahore for a UAE-based client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in
Arabic professionally

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain proper call records and documentation

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements

Fluent or Native-level Arabic
(mandatory)

Good understanding of English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a 12-hour shift (9 AM – 9 PM)

Prior call center experience is a plus
