Sand Dance Tyres Trading is seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Arabic speaking Call Center Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong customer handling abilities, and a proven background in call center operations within the automotive or service industry.

Key Responsibilities.
- To lead call center team.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and appointments
- Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Coordinate with branch teams and service advisors to ensure smooth customer support
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the system
- Support sales and promotional campaigns through customer communication
- Achieve call handling targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Assist junior call center staff and support team operations when required
- Ensure professional communication and company service standards are maintained
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role (Mandatory)
- Previous experience in team leading
- Previous experience in automotive, tyre, or service industry preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Good computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- High level of professionalism and telephone etiquette
