Call Center Supervisor

Sand Dance Tyres Trading is seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Arabic speaking Call Center Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong customer handling abilities, and a proven background in call center operations within the automotive or service industry.

Arabic Speaking Mandatory

Candidates on spouse visa are preferred

Immediate joining required

Key Responsibilities.

  • To lead call center team.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and appointments
  • Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with branch teams and service advisors to ensure smooth customer support
  • Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
  • Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the system
  • Support sales and promotional campaigns through customer communication
  • Achieve call handling targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Assist junior call center staff and support team operations when required
  • Ensure professional communication and company service standards are maintained

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience in team leading
  • Previous experience in automotive, tyre, or service industry preferred
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Good computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills
  • High level of professionalism and telephone etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
