KH Solutionz is urgently hiring for Call center Trainer for our UAE based telecom project.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct new hire onboarding training (product, process, systems, and soft skills).
- Deliver communication, sales, and customer service training.
- Design and update training materials, SOPs, scripts, and presentations.
- Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions for existing agents
- Monitor calls and provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans
- QA and Operations to evaluate performance gaps.
- Track and report training effectiveness and agent progress.
- Support agents in achieving KPIs and compliance standards.
- Assist in creating a learning-driven and positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
- In-depth understanding of call center metrics and workflows
- Coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
- Ability to handle multiple training batches
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM and dialer system.
Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Call Center Trainer or QA.
- Experience in BPO, Sales, or Customer Support campaigns.
- Day shift 8:00 pm to 5:00 am (Mon to Fri).
