KH Solutionz is urgently hiring for Call center Trainer for our UAE based telecom project.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct new hire onboarding training (product, process, systems, and soft skills).
  • Deliver communication, sales, and customer service training.
  • Design and update training materials, SOPs, scripts, and presentations.
  • Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions for existing agents
  • Monitor calls and provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans
  • QA and Operations to evaluate performance gaps.
  • Track and report training effectiveness and agent progress.
  • Support agents in achieving KPIs and compliance standards.
  • Assist in creating a learning-driven and positive work culture.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
  • In-depth understanding of call center metrics and workflows
  • Coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple training batches
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM and dialer system.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Call Center Trainer or QA.
  • Experience in BPO, Sales, or Customer Support campaigns.
  • Day shift 8:00 pm to 5:00 am (Mon to Fri).
