Call Centre Agent

We are looking for a Call Centre Representative with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls.

Assisting customers with inquiries.

Providing information about products or services, and resolving issues efficiently.

Candidates should be confident, articulate, and have the ability to build strong customer relationships while maintaining professionalism.

Prior experience in a call centre is a plus, but freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

Shift: 8pm to 5am
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 10-A, Karachi.
