Call Centre Agent – Deal Closure

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Call Centre Agent (Deal Closure) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, guiding prospects through the final stages of the sales funnel, and successfully closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers.
• Follow up on leads generated by the marketing or lead generation team.
• Present product/service offerings clearly and confidently to clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer objections and concerns effectively.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams for smooth deal processing.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or call centre deal closure.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in closing high-ticket or B2B deals.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and convert them into sales opportunities.
