Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage incoming calls professionally
- Provide complete information regarding ongoing and newly introduced courses
- Respond to client queries and resolve concerns efficiently
- Guide potential students regarding course selection and admissions
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Good public dealing and customer handling abilities
- Soft-spoken and professional attitude
- Pleasant personality and positive behavior
- Basic MS Office knowledge required
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate
Experience:
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Prior experience in customer service or call handling will be preferred.
Job Location: North Nazimabad Center
Working Hours: 8 to 10 hours per day
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000
