We are currently hiring 2 Call Centre Agents for our healthcare facility.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Call Centre Agent in a healthcare facility, hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or medical center.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-up calls.
- Good computer skills and experience with healthcare systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
