AskTech (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of Askari General Insurance Co. Ltd. is looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing tracker company. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with tracking services, and provide technical and service-related support in a professional manner.

Job Description:

· Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

· Assist clients with GPS tracking services and inquiries

· Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting

· Log customer interactions accurately in the system

· Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Job Specification:Education Qualification:

· Minimum Graduation

Relevant Experience:

  • Fresh to 2 Years of relevant experience in atracking company.

Essential Skills:

· Good communication skills (verbal and listening)

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

· Willingness to work shifts (Morning, Evening, Night)
