Call Centre Assistants- (Full time & Part time)

Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Accomplishes leads and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Other duties as assigned.

Shift Timings:

  • 07:00Pm - 04:00Am
  • 08:00Pm - 04:00Am
  • 09:00Pm - 04:00Am
  • 11:00Pm - 04:00Am

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
