CALL CENTRE ASSOCIATE 5DAYS OR 5.5DAYS AVAILABLE

Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 830 to 530pm/ 0830 to 6pm
Mon to Fri or Mon to Fri + Alt Sat

Job Scope:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Assist with appointment bookings and general enquiries
Provide accurate information and follow up with customers as needed
Record call interactions and update system records
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues
Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
Prior customer service or call centre experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and comfortable with phone systems
