A Call Centre Executive is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Follow call scripts, quality standards, and company guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or supervisors when required
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
