We’re Hiring – E-Commerce Team (Male Candidates Only) | Gulberg, Lahore

Tayyib is expanding its e-commerce home delivery operations and is hiring team members for multiple roles supporting grocery and fresh organic food deliveries across Lahore.

Open Positions:

• Call Centre Executive (E-commerce)
• Dispatch Coordinator
• Order Pickers
• Delivery Riders

Primary Responsibilities (Role Dependent):

• Manage customer calls and WhatsApp order coordination
• Support daily grocery home delivery operations
• Coordinate with dispatch, riders, and store teams
• Carefully handle and prepare perishable grocery items
• Maintain strong relationships with regular customers
• Deliver a high-end, personalised hospitality-focused service experience

Requirements:

• Male candidates only
• Strong communication skills (English required for call centre role)
• Familiarity with Lahore routes (for riders)
• Responsible, organized, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality mindset and customer-first approach

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Prior Shopify experience
• Grocery or fresh food retail experience
• Experience handling repeat customers and home delivery operations
